State of Oregon retirees and their spouse or domestic partner may enroll in PEBB retiree plans until they become Medicare eligible or 65 years old. Dependent children are eligible as long as they meet the definition of an eligible dependent. Benefits and rates are the same as those offered to active employees; however, retirees pay an additional 1% administrative fee. Retiree coverage must be continuous from PEBB active coverage to the retiree plans.
Information on the PEBB retiree program is available upon request from BenefitHelp Solutions at 1(503)243-5108 or 1(800)822-3173 (outside Portland).

COBRA is an option that allows an employee and their dependents to enroll in the same Regence BlueCross BlueShield medical plan they have as an active employee. The administration of COBRA is handled by BenefitHelp Solutions. You will enroll and pay premiums directly to BenefitHelp Solutions.
